Product Arrangement & Availability

Flower Gallery PK provides delivery services for flowers, cakes, gifts, chocolates, perfumes, bakery products, restaurant meals, branded items, and other gift products across Pakistan.

Some products are supplied by trusted third-party vendors. Any quality-related concerns regarding third-party products will be forwarded to the respective supplier for resolution according to their policies. Flower Gallery PK will assist customers throughout the process.

We work with carefully selected bakeries, florists, and vendors in major cities across Pakistan. Customers seeking premium quality may choose products from luxury bakeries, five-star hotels, imported flowers, or branded restaurant partners where available.

Website Products & Images

Product images displayed on our website are for reference purposes only. Since deliveries are fulfilled through local vendors in different cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Sialkot, and others, the final presentation may vary slightly depending on local availability.

Minor variations in flower arrangement, cake decoration, basket design, wrapping, or packaging shall not be considered defects. However, the quality, size, and value of the product will remain equivalent to the purchased item.

Product Quality & Complaints

We offer products in different quality categories and price ranges. Customers are encouraged to choose products according to their expectations and budget.

Complaints regarding packaging, color variations, decoration style, or presentation differences resulting from local florist or bakery practices will not be accepted.

Complaint Time Limits

• Perishable items (flowers, cakes, food): Within 3 hours of delivery.
• Non-perishable items: Within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Items must remain unused.
• Original packaging must be intact.
• For perishable items, at least 70% of the product must be available for inspection.

If an item becomes unavailable, Flower Gallery PK reserves the right to substitute it with a product of similar style, quality, and equal or greater value.

Delivery Policy

• Standard Delivery: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
• Same-Day Delivery: Order must be placed before 6:00 PM (subject to availability).
• Fixed-Time Delivery: Requires at least 24 hours’ advance notice and additional charges.
• Midnight Delivery: Available in selected cities for an additional delivery fee.

During busy occasions including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, Father’s Day, New Year, and other peak events, deliveries may be completed anytime between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed during these periods.

While we always aim to deliver on schedule, delays caused by weather, traffic, government restrictions, public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen operational issues may occasionally occur.

Product Presentation & Special Requests

Flower Gallery PK delivers to more than 150 cities throughout Pakistan. Due to regional availability, products may differ slightly from website images.

Customers may include special requests such as delivery timing, cake flavor, greeting messages, or decoration preferences during checkout. Although we make every effort to accommodate these requests, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed and does not qualify for refunds.

Non-perishable gifts delivered to remote locations may require 5–7 working days via courier service. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once payment has been successfully processed, order preparation begins immediately. Therefore, orders generally cannot be cancelled after processing.

Products requiring advance preparation, customization, or imported items may not be eligible for cancellation.

Flower Gallery PK reserves the right to cancel any order if payment verification, fraud prevention checks, or customer verification cannot be completed.

Eligible Refunds

• 100% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery and preparation has not started.
• Refunds are issued only for undelivered orders.
• Delivery delays caused by weather, public holidays, incorrect customer information, or recipient unavailability are not refundable.

Approved refunds are processed within 20 working days.

If an order is placed on hold due to an incomplete address, incorrect city, or invalid contact information, refunds will not be issued. Redelivery may be attempted when possible; however, freshness and product quality cannot be guaranteed.

Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Flower Gallery PK is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from:

• Incorrect delivery address
• Wrong city selection
• Invalid or unreachable phone number
• Recipient unavailable at delivery location

Perishable products cannot be refunded or redelivered under these circumstances.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary because of seasonal availability, supplier limitations, or unforeseen circumstances. Any replacement will always be of equal or greater value.

Flowers

• Mixed bouquets may contain different flower varieties while maintaining the original color theme.
• Single-flower arrangements may be replaced with similar flowers or alternate colors when necessary.
• If a vase or container is unavailable, a similar quality replacement will be used.

Plants

• Unavailable plants may be replaced with similar varieties of equal or higher value.
• Specialty plants may differ slightly in color while maintaining the same overall style.

Gift Items

• Gift baskets, chocolates, perfumes, and specialty products may be substituted with comparable items of equal or greater value.

Cakes

• Customized cakes may differ slightly from website images.
• If the selected bakery cannot fulfill the order, another trusted bakery or a similar cake flavor may be used.
• For combined flower and customized cake orders, the cake delivery schedule determines the final delivery date.
