Delivery Policy
At Flower Gallery PK, we are committed to delivering your flowers, cakes, gifts, chocolates, and other products safely and on time. Please review our delivery policy before placing your order.
Standard Delivery
- Free Standard Delivery: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
- Your order may be delivered at any time within this delivery window.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST).
- Midnight Delivery: Available in selected cities for an additional charge of PKR 750.
Time-Specific Delivery
If you require delivery at a specific time, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance. Time-specific delivery is available for an additional charge and is subject to availability.
If a confirmed time-specific delivery is delayed by more than 30 minutes due to our operations, only the additional delivery fee will be refunded.
Delivery During Special Occasions
During Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Eid, New Year, Christmas, and other special occasions, deliveries are made between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
Due to the high volume of orders during these events, time-specific and midnight delivery services are not available.
Delivery Areas
Same-day, scheduled, and time-specific delivery services are available in the main areas of:
- Karachi
- Lahore
- Islamabad
- Rawalpindi
Orders placed after 2:00 PM may still be accepted depending on product availability and delivery capacity. Additional delivery charges may apply. Please contact our customer support before placing your order.
Courier Delivery
For cities outside our same-day delivery network, non-perishable items such as perfumes, wallets, clothing, dry fruits, chocolates, and artificial flowers can be shipped via courier.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days.
- Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
- Additional courier charges may apply.
Product Presentation
Flower Gallery PK delivers across more than 150 cities in Pakistan. Product images on our website are for reference purposes only.
Since every city has different florists, bakeries, and suppliers, the final product may vary slightly in design, decoration, wrapping, flowers, baskets, or cake presentation. However, we guarantee the quality, quantity, and value of every product ordered.
Product Substitution
To ensure the freshest products and timely delivery, we reserve the right to substitute flowers, containers, cakes, or gift items with similar products of equal or greater value when necessary.
Special Instructions
Customers may request preferred delivery times, cake flavors, greeting messages, fruit selections, or other special instructions during checkout.
While we always try our best to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations if unavailable.
Delivery Delays
Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:
- Heavy traffic
- Bad weather
- Law and order situations
- Supplier delays
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
In such cases, Flower Gallery PK will make every reasonable effort to complete delivery within our operating hours.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if Flower Gallery PK is unable to deliver your order due to reasons within our control.
If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful because of an incorrect address, invalid recipient phone number, incorrect city selection, or recipient unavailability, refunds will not be provided.
Where possible, we may attempt delivery on the following day. However, freshness and quality of perishable products cannot be guaranteed after the original delivery date.
Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including a complete address and a valid recipient contact number.
Flower Gallery PK is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
- Wrong city selected during checkout.
- Invalid or unreachable recipient phone number.
- Recipient unavailable at the delivery location.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cakes, and food items, failed deliveries under these circumstances are not eligible for refunds or redelivery.

Our customer support team is available to assist you with your order. During busy periods, prayer times, meal breaks, weekends, or public holidays, response times may be slightly longer. You may leave a message, and our team will respond as soon as possible.
